Export to PAMICA
After logging into the web application, switch to the desired month in the Attendance agenda. Click the Print button on the top right, select the Export PAMICA report and download the attendance data file.
If you wish to export from GIRITON other attendance activities that you have created in the payroll software, you can set up the exporter yourself.
In the Agenda Attendance - Print - Export PAMICA - Export Settings - fill in the Activity Code field with the same code used in PAMICA, set the necessary attributes and save the changes.
For correct pairing of persons in GIRITON and PAMICA, it is necessary to have the same settings for the Employee Number field in GIRITON in the HR agenda and the Personal Number and Employment Number in the payroll software. These numbers can be imported into GIRITON during the initial import of employees or added manually later.
The (absences) that are exported from GIRITON (the PAMICA code is in brackets) are: Work (total) (C01), Holiday (V01), Sickness (N01), Paid Time Off (V03), Unpaid Time Off (V04), Paragraph (N05), Business Trip (V12).
If you have customized multiple activities of the same type in PAMICA (e.g., Doctor and Admitted Doctor), these activities have the same Code in PAMICA (e.g., V03 in the case of Doctor). If you want to export a different attendance activity from GIRITON to each of these activities, you will need to start using the Attendance Code field (just to differentiate between the activities) in addition to the Code (which is the same for both activities). That is, first add some unique number to the Attendance Code field in PAMICA for both activities, in the Payroll/Absence Component Definitions section. Then, in Giriton, in the PAMICA exporter settings, fill in this code in the same column of the Attendance Code. Unless you have customized different variations of the same activity in PAMICA, this point does not apply to you.
