Forgetting to lock attendance

Locking attendance is important for the transfer of data from one month to the following months.

It is always necessary to have the attendance record for the previous month locked. So, for example, by the end of March at the latest, the attendance for February must be locked, so that April does not start and the attendance for February is still unlocked.
