Dashboard with swimlanes
Agenda Dashboard with swimlanes gives us the ability to create a bulletin board where we can create our own tickets, change their status by assigning them to columns and sort them as needed.
We can have an unlimited number of boards, so one board with columns can be used for tickets and another for storing and organizing our own notes, for example.
What options does swimlanes offer
- The ticket can be assigned to selected members.
- It is possible to set a deadline and subsequent notifications before the approaching date of the ticket.
- Tickets can be marked with their own colored tag, so they can be easily searched and filtered.
- The fields in the ticket can be customized.
- Any attachment can be added to the tickets.
Tickets can be created, moved, tagged, archived, filtered and searched.

Importing data from other systems
The agenda offers the possibility of importing data from other ticketing systems - for example Trello.
- You can import already created tickets from other systems without losing the saved data.
How to import data from Trello
- In Trello: click on the Three dot menu -> Print, export and share -> Export to CSV -> the file will be downloaded to your computer.
- In Giriton: Open User Menu -> Configuration -> Import -> Load CSV -> select the option "Records of type Dashboard with swimlanes".
- Before importing, it is necessary to create Columns and Tags in the Dashboard with swimlanes so that they agree with the original values in the Trello (User Menu (Your name) - Configuration - Custom Agendas - Dashboard with swimlanes - Tags).
- When importing (in the importer) it is necessary to select which Tags in Trello correspond to Tags in Giriton, also that the column names (state) in Trello correspond to the column names in Giriton (by state we mean column names).
- Import can be done repeatedly.
