Invoicing

We send invoices for the GIRITON system for the given period at the beginning of the following month, most often in the first seven days. So, for example, the invoice for January usually arrives before February 7th.

You can see the issued invoices in the User menu - Invoicing. For each invoice, you can click on "i" to view details, such as specific invoiced users. You can also download this table as an Excel file.

Change the billing information

In the User menu - Your company, the account administrator can change billing email, billing address etc. This is only available to administrators. Just edit the selected data and save the changes.

The Company national ID and VAT fields cannot be changed even by the administrator. We will modify this data for you based on an email request.

Billing for individual modules

The individual modules of the GIRITON system are billed as follows.

Attendance GIRITON module

The Attendance GIRITON module is invoiced monthly, 19€ plus 1,5€ for each user (or $22 plus $1,60 for each user). So, for example, 19€ plus 1,5€ x 50 = 94€ (or $22 plus $1,60 x 50 = $102) without VAT, will be invoiced for 50 users. If you have both the Attendance and HR system modules activated, then the fixed amount of 19€ (or $22) is invoiced only once.

In the Attendance GIRITON module, we do not invoice so-called inactive users. If a user does not log in to the application in a given month, does not record attendance, submit or approve requests, and you do not plan shifts for that user (watch out for the forgotten Shift Planner), such user will not be included in the invoicing of the given month. On the invoice, you will see how many users were active (and therefore included in the billing) and how many were inactive (not included).

The omission of inactive users from invoicing most usually applies to employees who do not come to work in the off-season, do not have shifts, etc. However, suppose you want to be sure that the given user will not, for example, use the application "by accident" (or that his shifts will not be planned automatically). In that case, you can set the "End of employment" field in the HR agenda. Later, when you want to reactivate the user before the start of the season, simply reset the "End of employment" field.

HR system GIRITON module

The HR system GIRITON module is invoiced monthly for 19€ plus 1,5€ for each user (or $22 plus $1,60 for each user). If you have both the Attendance and HR system modules activated, the fixed amount of 19€ (or $22) is invoiced only once.

You can also attach documents to records in the HR system module. For your documents, you have a storage of 20 GB included in the price of the system, if this capacity is exceeded, every additional 20 GB will be billed at 4€ (or $4,20)/month.

Whistleblowing module GIRITON

The Whistleblowing GIRITON module is invoiced monthly for 20€ (or $21), regardless of the number of users.

In the Whistleblowing module, you can also attach documents to records. For your documents, you have a storage of 20 GB included in the price of the system, if this capacity is exceeded, every additional 20 GB will be billed at 4€ (or $4,20)/month.

SMS message module
