Submitting of Whistleblowing Report
If you are about to send out a new Report, load up the Whistleblowing Form first, using which you want to submit a new Report. You can select the form in the My Attendance app > Whistleblowing, on Punch Clock > Whistleblowing report or by scanning QR code of a specific Form with your mobile phone.
In the form select New report.
Select the Category of report and Recipient, which should receive your Report.
- In the field Email for notification we recommend you fill in your personal (not company) email. On this address, you will receive notifications when the Recipient starts to process your Report. Nobody will see this email address in the system.
- In the field Message fill in the text of your report.
- You can use the Record voice message feature, that will record a voice message including the use of an anonymization filter. The whistleblower should not be identifiable by the voice.
- You can also add an attachment to your report, for example, a picture or document. In documents like Pictures, PDF, Word, and Excel, we remove metadata, which could reveal the Whistleblower.
After the report is sent a page with a code is displayed. Take a picture of that code, or write it down. With this code, you can, later on, continue with your report, fill in additional information, or continue chatting with the recipient. If you filled out an email for notifications, you will receive this code in email.
Adding additional information to earlier submitted report
Load up the Whistleblowing Form, which you used earlier to submit a Report. You can select the form in the My Attendance app > Whistleblowing Report, on Punch Clock > Whistleblowing report or by scanning QR code of a specific Form with your mobile phone.
In the field Enter report code enter the code, which you wrote down while submitting the report, and the report, which you submitted earlier is shown.
If you have entered your email address while submitting a report, you will receive an email with a link, that will lead directly to your report.
In your report, you can read the reaction of the recipient, continue in a chat with the recipient or submit an additional attachment.
