Integration with CRM Mango

Attendance GIRITON offers integration with the CRM Mango system.

Customers of CRM Mango can activate integration with Attendance GIRITON himself in the Modules section in CRM Mango. After activating the module of Attendance GIRITON, all you have to do within the Attendance GIRITON system is to generate a new REST API Token, in the Paired Devices agenda, which you will then have to put into CRM Mango.

In the end, for every user in CRM Mango, which should have data synchronized from Giriton, you will have to fill in his Personal number (Os. číslo zaměstnance), according to the picture below. The number must correspond with the number of the same user in Attendance GIRITON.

The meaning of this integration is, that users have in CRM Mango information about their activities like phone calls, e-mails, meetings, work on the computer, or even trips from GPS monitoring of vehicle, and now they can also have information about their arrivals, departures and other interruptions of work from Attendance GIRITON.

CRM Mango automatically downloads events of individual users' attendance from Attendance Giriton and offers a more detailed view of users' activities.
